HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
The Nigerian Law Publications Limited was incorporated on Thursday February 5 1976 as a limited liability company. Her Incorporation No. is RC 16852. The Head Office of the Company is situated at No. 90, Lewis Street, Lagos, Nigeria.
The major business activities of the Company are printing and publishing of Law Books and Law Reports. It is the leading law books’ publishers in Nigeria. The Company since its inception has published more than One (1,000) thousand titles of law books and law reports which are widely used in Nigeria and other countries of the world.
The Company presently has Seven (7) branch offices in various parts of the country namely in Abuja, Benin, Enugu, Ibadan, Jos, Kaduna and Port Harcourt
